Sailing anyone? Heron's Ridge is only about 5 minutes from the downtown Elizabeth City waterfront and a great boat ramp. The Pasquotank River is part of the Intracoastal Waterway and we sail, motor, ski, swim and fish in it. There is a local yacht club.
